Old, unupdated listings lose ranking. Refresh availability every 7 to 14 days, pause those that aren't active and update photos or description if the property's conditions change.

Yes. The bulk-upload module accepts CSV and ZIP with a CSV plus image folders named by external_reference. The Ubica Casa template downloads from the panel and maps standard fields. It's available on the Premium and Agency plans.
It's a validation process that confirms your real identity (INE/passport), professional license or registration with a real estate association (AMPI, FIABCI where applicable), and a review of a sample of your inventory. Verification is optional but boosts response rate. Valid for 12 months with renewal.
The Pro plan includes 5 featured slots per month; Premium 15. Each featured slot activates boosted visibility for 7 days in relevant searches (city, neighborhood, filter). You can choose which property to feature and switch it at the end of the period. Extra featured slots are purchased separately.
Yes. All paid plans offer an annual option with a discount equivalent to 2 months free when paying for the year up front. Switching between monthly and annual is done from the panel or by email to [email protected].
